Swiss Health Survey, FSO

1 in 5 women in Switzerland feel moderately to severely psychologically burdened.
This is no coincidence. And no personal weakness.

Transforming societal
situations and thoughts —
from the inside out.

Womens-thoughts.com is a weekly, online-guided space where we don't just name the burdensome thought patterns around equality, mental load and self-confidence — we gently dissolve them with a proven, neuroscientifically grounded method. For you. For all of us.

The Invitation

From analysis
to transformation

Experts explain why women are disproportionately psychologically burdened: biology, mental load, structural pressure, societal expectations. This knowledge matters. But what do you do — today, in your life — with this insight?

Womens-thoughts.com is the answer to this question. In a safe group setting, we explore together those inner beliefs that burden us: as women, as mothers, as working professionals, as people in relationship and in separation.

Not as therapy. But as a self-responsible, meditative practice — applicable anytime and anywhere.

Womens-thoughts.com welcomes everyone!
Women's thoughts are human thoughts.
Human thoughts speak to all people.
The practical solutions are entirely gender-independent.

"Social change happens first in our thoughts."

The Method

The Work of Byron Katie® —
four questions that transform

The Work of Byron Katie® is a simple, meditative process of self-inquiry based on four questions. It is not therapy, not coaching, not religion — but a precise tool for stress reduction whose way of working can be explained by modern neuroscience.

At Womens-thoughts.com we apply this process specifically to societal situations and thought patterns: the belief of never being enough; the feeling of being responsible for everything; the quiet exhaustion hidden behind functioning.

01

Name it

Who or what upsets you, makes you angry or sad? And why? Recall a specific situation.

02

Write it down

We bring the mind onto paper: without censorship, without sugar-coating; write in short, simple sentences.

03

Ask four questions

Take a single thought and question it — let honest answers rise to the surface.

04

Turn it around

Find the opposites of the thought. Are they just as true, or truer? Not through suppression, but through understanding — thoughts let go, all by themselves.

What you gain

Measurable change,
tangible freedom

The effect is not only subjectively experienced — it is scientifically explainable.

  • The reactivity of the amygdala (the stress center) is measurably reduced — fewer triggers, more inner space.
  • The hippocampus can regenerate and regain flexibility — especially important after chronic stress.
  • Inner and outer connectedness grows — the foundation of true sovereignty and self-leadership.
  • Creativity and decisiveness return as soon as automatic thought patterns are dissolved.
  • Something special arises in the group: what you took to be "your personal problem" turns out to be a shared human pattern. That frees you — in a way that wouldn't be possible alone.

Voices from the group

What participants say

"For years I believed my exhaustion was my failure. In the group I understood: it's a pattern, not a fate. That changed everything."

Stephanie, 44 — Appenzell

"The four questions sound simple. But in the depth of the process something happens that I can't describe — only experience."

Angelika, 73 — Steinegg

"Tammy holds the space with a precision and tenderness I have rarely experienced. Gentle and at the same time profound — exactly what I needed."

Participant, 47 — St. Gallen

"With her wonderful laugh, Tammy is able to bring even the deepest inner wounds into lightness. Questioning all of our beliefs brought about a great deal of change in me; today I am the best version of myself there has ever been."

Patryk, 52 — St. Gallen

"After every session I left with very valuable insights, with more joy and lightness. In daily life it was as if the problems completely dissolved and ceased to exist. My behavior adapted without my exercising any manipulation, analysis or control. Where I once sought his approval, I felt secure within myself to give myself my own approval. That freed me to experience deep appreciation and recognition for my husband and his behavior. It removed so much confusion, exhaustion and depletion; it released so much love, capacity, energy and wholehearted listening — joy. I am deeply grateful!"

Steffie, 32 — St. Gallen
