Breaking Up with Love - Navigating divorce and separation with connection & clarity

This 5 week course is designed for people in the following life contexts:

  • You may be approaching a divorce / separation.

  • You are in a divorce / separation.

  • You have been through a divorce / separation, and in some small pockets of life, it continues to feel unfriendly / unfair / unjust… and you’d love to let the past RIP and experience the abundant freedom of now.

This 5 week course can serve and support you, when you can answer “Yes!” to one or more of the following statements:

    • Receive emotions (rather than react to) intelligently.

    • Gain recognition, approval, and permission from myself, for myself, and for my life.

    • Lead clearly

    • Fearlessly ask for what you need, want and desire

    • Experience Abundance and Freedom during and after the separation / divorce process

    • Reduce unnecessary Lawyer Fees

    • experience emotional freedom

    • experience deep and fulfilling happiness, even during the divorce / separation processes

In Breaking Up with Love you gain:

  • Some topics may squeeze some tears out. Tears are not a bad thing, and a celebrated for the space they provide.

Course Technicalities, this course:

  • Does not require any previous knowledge or experience is in self-injury.

  • Is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

  • Does not offer tips or advice.

  • Holds space for you to experience and meet your own internal wisdom.

  • Offers a way to embody the abundance that you are.

  • Is a way to manifest your desire for freedom, even in tight, squeezing, and blatantly uncomfortable situations.

Your host and course creator, Tammy Ketura: Sociologist, has studied peace and conflict (MA | BA honours) for 7 years, than outside of the academy, life overwhelmed her with peace-conflict field experiences. We meet live in Zoom on 5 consecutive Mondays June 10th, 17th, 24th, July 1st, & July 8th:

  • In English from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

  • In German from 7:30 am - 9:00 am

This course:

  • serves as an introduction to "The Work of Byron Katie®".

  • is accredited and counts as one day towards the ”Verband für The Work of Byron Katie” (VtW) Coach and Lehrcoach certification programs.
